When life keeps you switched on, your body needs a way to switch off.
The constant demands of a busy life keep our bodies and minds on high alert. Your body is continually working, adapting and responding. Magnesium is an essential mineral, helping your body keep up with the pace while finding its calm, supporting normal nervous system function, muscle function and energy production.
From helping maintain daytime resilience to supporting nighttime restoration, magnesium supports your body's natural processes of relaxation and recovery.
Magnesium comes in many forms, each with its own characteristics. We've brought together seven complementary forms to create a comprehensive magnesium formula designed to support your body throughout the day and night — delivered in our advanced liposomal liquid format.
That's the thinking behind our Mag-7 Complex — seven complementary forms, advanced liposomal delivery. One comprehensive approach to magnesium.
